When you enter a coaching relationship, you are making a commitment to yourself. Your coach is also making a commitment to you too. We ask that you place a high importance on your coaching sessions and only cancel or reschedule under exceptional circumstances. Your coach undertakes to do the same.
Coaching Sessions need to be rescheduled or cancelled 24 hours in advance of their start time. Please note that if you cancel less than 24 hours before your session, then your session will be forfeited. Special circumstances will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
