Why can I only place a single product / service into my cart?

Our products and services are designed so that a client only needs to purchase a single product in the one transaction.

For example, the Six Month Program includes an initial self-assessment, six one-hour coaching sessions and a second self-assessment to determine capability improvements over the six month period.  Therefore, purchasing a Six Month Program and a Self-Assessment as part of a single transaction is not necessary.

Additionally, each product and service needs to be linked to a single client for registration and self-assessment tracking purposes.

How will I receive my self-assessment?

After purchasing a product or service that includes a self-assessment you will be sent a link via email to complete your self-assessment.

If you haven't received your email within 10 minutes please check your spam / junk folder.

How will I organise my first coaching session?

After purchasing a product or service that includes coaching you will be contacted by your coach to organise your first coaching session.

What will my first coaching session be like?

Every coaching session is different, however, the first coaching session with a client will always include introductions between the client and the coach.

Typically, the coach will then facilitate a brief high-level review of your self-assessment.  During this review, the client may choose to share a summary of their Life Areas where they have assessed themselves of having strong capability; as well as those Life Areas where the client wishes to improve their capabilities.

The coach will then work with the client to determine the Life Area/s where the client would like to focus their coaching.

What happens if I need to reschedule or cancel a coaching session?

When you enter a coaching relationship, you are making a commitment to yourself.  Your coach is also making a commitment to you too.  We ask that you place a high importance on your coaching sessions and only reschedule or cancel under exceptional circumstances.  Your coach undertakes to do the same.

Coaching Sessions need to be rescheduled or cancelled 24 hours in advance of their start time.  Please note that if you cancel less than 24 hours before your session, then your session will be forfeited.  Special circumstances will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Do you offer face-to-face coaching?

Yes, we offer face-to-face coaching.

Our default on all products and services is online coaching, however, if you would like to have face-to-face coaching please contact us to discuss your requirements. Additional charges may be applicable.

Our coaches have travelled globally to deliver coaching to clients.
